LINKERBID, S.L. hereby informs you that it may process the personal data voluntarily provided by you through our web app, email or in person, and that will be added to our computer systems for the purpose specified below, to the extent that there is a lawful basis for each processing activity, which will be explained below:

LINKERBID, S.L.´s web app is intended to provide services that place buyers of goods in touch with vendors. 

• Buyers of goods:  The user creates an ad specifying the materials they need.
• Vendors of goods: The vendor submits a proposal in response to the buyer’s advertisement, which—if accepted by the latter—will put them in touch with each other.

LINKERBID, S.L. is authorized to use your personal data for various purposes. The main one is to be able to provide you with our web app’s services when you register as a user. LINKERBID, S.L. must respond to the request within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended two additional months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of requests.

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to adm@linkerbid.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to file a complaint with the corresponding supervisory authority if you believe that your data protection rights have been violated (aepd.es).

LINKERBID, S.L. reserves the right to update, modify or delete information on the web app, as well as to limit or deny access to this information.

LINKERBID, S.L. is in no way liable for the information contained in third-party websites that can be accessed through links from the web app owned by the Service Provider.

These links are for information purposes only and should not be construed as a suggestion, invitation or recognition of them.

11. MARKETING EMAILS
    

In accordance with the LSSI-CE, LINKERBID, S.L. does not send SPAM and therefore does not send marketing emails that have not been previously requested or authorized by you. Consequently, all of the forms on the web app include the option to grant your express consent to receiving our newsletter, regardless of the marketing information requested periodically.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you receive emails about LINKERBID, S.L. from a third-party marketing company with no relation to LINKERBID, S.L., they must always include a link to unsubscribe from such emails.
