LINKERBID, S.L. (hereinafter, the “Service Provider”), as the party responsible for web app, makes this document available to you. It governs the use of the web app, and our intention is to use it to comply with the obligations under Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI in Spanish) and to inform you of the Terms and Conditions of Use for the web app.
Through the web app, LINKERBID, S.L. provides you with access and use of the services and content made available on it.
Anyone who accesses this web app does so as a user (hereinafter, the “User(s)”), which implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

2.4. Obligation to use the web app correctly.
You agree to use the web app in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as good morals and decency. The Service Provider is exempt from any type of liability arising from the information published on our web app, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party.
This web app has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it works properly. In principle, its smooth operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the Service Provider does not rule out the potential existence of certain programming errors, supply issues with the services of our vendors, or that there may be causes of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the web app.

The Service Provider shall in no way be liable for potential damage caused by the illegal or inappropriate use of this web app.
4.- COOKIES
The Service Provider’s web app may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to perform certain functions that are considered essential in order for the web app to operate and display correctly. The cookies used are, in any case, temporary in nature and have the sole purpose of making browsing more efficient. They disappear once the User’s session ends.

The Service Provider is not liable for the information and stored content in, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social media or any other media that allows third parties to post content independently of the Service Provider’s website. However, and in compliance with articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the Service Provider makes available to all users, authorities and security forces any content that may concern or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights or good morals and public order, and actively collaborates in removing or, when necessary, blocking such content. If you believe that some content could be classified as such, please notify the administrator immediately.

The Service Provider is firmly committed to complying with personal data protection regulations and it guarantees full compliance with the applicable obligations, as well as the implementation of the security measures specified in the European Data Protection Regulation and the Spanish regulations on personal data protection. 7.- SOCIAL MEDIA
We hereby inform you that LINKERBID, S.L. may have a social media presence. The processing of the data that you include in them [by following the Service Provider on social media (and/or creating a link or connecting through them)] shall be governed by this section, as well as the terms and conditions of use, privacy policies and regulations of access and use of the social media sites in question and accepted by you beforehand. LINKERBID, S.L. will process your data in order to notify you of the Service Provider’s activities, products or services through these social media sites, as well as for any other purpose allowed by social media regulations. However, it is not liable for their privacy policies.
It is not permitted to publish content:

All the website content is duly protected by legislation on intellectual and industrial property.
